This Data Protection Policy reflects the commitment and responsibility of the 'Atlantic International Research Centre' (AIR Centre) to protect the personal data it collects and processes in the context of its activity in accordance with the applicable legal standards, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR) and Law no. 58/2019, of 8 August, which ensures the implementation of the GDPR in the national legal order.
